Return privileges vary by manufacturer. Some manufacturers require testing to determine if the material or item is defective. Most (not all) items that remain manufacturer sealed and are less than 30 days old from date of invoice will receive an RMA in 24-48 hours. No returns will be accepted without receiving an RMA number in advance.

In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number (if available), reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/return/credit) and whether the product has used or is manufacturer sealed.

For products shipped on a skid, please make sure all bulk products are neatly stacked, properly secured to a skid and wrapped with a protective covering (stretch wrap). On boxed product, please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being in a resellable condition.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to distribution center for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement if it was an ordering error by the Customer. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement.

Bulk Products (shipped on a skid) — B2B will arrange for pick-up of all products shipped in bluk packaging. Please call B2B for shipping instructions.

Boxed Products (shipped via UPS or Fedex) — Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage, shipment must be sent prepaid. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. This is for your protection as well as ours to ensure quick action on your return.
