Addison, IL, September 28, 2009 — B2B Industrial Products LLC, a leading provider of packaging products and equipment, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of privately-held Western Metals & Strapping Corp.

This acquisition strengthens B2B's position in Northern California and allows us to offer our customers a more complete array of packaging products. B2B's ability to sell and service packaging equipment will be significantly improved. Western Metals has a great deal of expertise selling equipment. This new skill set will help our entire sales force offer our customers an expanded selection of products and services.

The Western team's precise attention to customer service will only be enhanced with B2B's resources.
