The Signode C-3820 manual steel strapping sealer is used to create a strong, secure seal by notching seals into tensioned strapping. Outer edges of strapping and seals are notched by turning tabs down (Regular) or up (Reverse). Designed for either flat or round, irregularly shaped surfaces.
