Cousins Packaging manufactures a full line of stretch wrap machinery that includes semi-automatic and fully automatic pallet wrappers as well as custom systems. Every machine is made in their North American facility and shipped worldwide. Over 25 years ago, Cousins Packaging provided a solution to the need for a heavy duty but affordable turntable machine with the original 2100 model that still exists today because of its industry leading reputation. They then determined the industry needed an affordable platform automatic that eliminates the continuous maintenance issues created with clamps on the turntable being damaged during loading and unloading. The affordable, unique, and patented A-Arm with the film tail treatment at the top of the load was the solution. Imports created a need for a North American made entry level machine with powered pre-stretch. Their Pilot model did this with a sell price of under $7,000. Recently, the Traveler solved the need for a different style mobile wrapper to eliminate maintenance issues associated with wrapping robots. The Traveler can be taken to the load and then operates like a conventional rotary tower (overhead) machine.
